A new service from Minglewood Homes is MW Design. Headed by Mark Williams, MW Design offers house designs and floor plans utilizing AutoCAD and a large flat plan screen capable of viewing designs with a 360 degree perspective. A terrific option for those lacking vision.

Owner
Timothy R. Smith is a native Cape Codder who appreciates the natural beauty and unique challenges coastal building presents. With over 20 years of experience in the building business, Tim is adept at anticipating potential issues and navigates a smooth course to completion. A unique eye to detail and a relentless drive for perfection are Tim's trademarks.

Project manager
Barry Reopell, Sr., Barry has been in the building business for over 30 years. Barry is a Certified Project Leader and holds his Construction Supervisor License and OSHA Certification.

Operations Officer
Peter Barnard's role is to be in direct contact with Minglewood's clients and sub-contractors to smoothly navigate through the building process. Pete has 15 years' experience in the service industry with an emphasis on client relations.

Design
Mark Williams oversees MW Design. He studied at the London School of Technology and has been a Historic Commissioner for South Dennis, Massachusetts since 1999. With over 20 years experience in building, Mark brings a unique perspective to design.
