In 2014, my wife and I purchased our home from Minglewood. This was our first experience with buying new construction and were a bit apprehensive in the purchase, as we would need to coordinate the finishes due to living in another state at the time. Our first meeting with Tim Smith put our minds at ease. He introduced us to his team and worked with us every step of the way. Tim listened to our concerns and issues and willingly modified his plans where ever possible.
The entire Minglewood team is comprised of trade professionals who are customer focused and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the finished home and receive many compliments on the design.
